The consultation I received from Lucy was very thorough and she certainly showed professionalism and suggest which one of the 3 different treatments would be suitable for my hair type.

After having the treatment procedure explained and my hair shampooed by Joe came the best bit... His amazing head, neck and shoulder massage, what can I say but... WOW! With a technique like that and his professionalism he will go along way in hairdressing.
