Mova’s Diploma course is a step-by-step progression through the curriculum, with classes every Monday in the in-house School. It’s an intensive course taking pupils through individual modules such as ladies and gents cutting, colouring, perms, blow-dry’s, hair-ups and fashion colours. The course includes a lot of theory work and demonstrations along with interactive hands on in the salons on live models. Throughout the duration of the Diploma team members are sent on courses with Professional product range Redken’s School. Courses included Client Care, Consultations, Product Care and Advice. This gives the staff an insight into contributing to the effective running of the salon, and caring for her clients individual needs.
